A new project was born. In 2019, our group was contacted by LTU Landscape Architects to make a light calculation and proposal for the lighting in the public space of the De Kwekerij, an area under development in Utrecht. To get an overview, the plan was made... in LEGO! The project assignment JEBBER was commissioned by SSH Student Housing to realize 1150 rental homes specifically for starters and students. Catering, shops and an exhibition space were also made. And since this is the Netherlands, a bike repair shop has been realized. The architect is Arons & Gelauff Architecten and the contractor is Dura Vermeer Bouw. KEO and XEON, our products, are now in Utrecht (Netherlands).
